Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Become a process expert in a cross-functional team (continuous improvement and harmonization of processes in overall BE QM SQM organization)
• Being a Key-User for iValua (Supplier Lifecycle Management)
• Support as a OneSAP SQM business process coordinator
• Take the full responsibility for region Asia within Supplier Lifecycle Management activities and document management (e.g. JIRA, Windchill container, Ishares, ...)
• Having the full overview by organization, coordination and tracking of supplier audits and manage the auditor’s qualifications
• Local expert, Trainer and main contact for Methods team activities(Region Asia)
• Full support and responsibility for the overall SQ Management KPI reporting (Region Asia)
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to further develop our quality management system

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Successful completed Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a related field
• Preferred at least 3-5 years of experience in quality management, especially in dealing with suppliers, internal and external customers in semiconductor area, in manufacturing or quality related environment
• Experienced handling and using standard QM methods (e.g. 8D, FMEA,PPAP, APQP, VDA2, VDA6.3 ...)
• Additional qualifications in the field of QM Automotive, IATF16949 /ISO9001, Auditor license
• Ideally first basic knowledge of semiconductors and raw materials
• Comprehensive knowledge in the use of standard office tools (e.g. Office tools, SAP, …)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong collaboration, communication and teamwork skills
• Able to communicate fluent / business fluent in English
