Senior Executive (Social Work)

[What the role is]

You will be working with the School of Health and Social Sciences supporting the social work section on the administrative work and also on other industry-related work.

[What you will be working on]

• Social Work Course advising to prospective learners
• Social Media marketing of courses
• Lead or support in school-level or course-related events such as pre-placement workshops, orientation programme, Open House activities, Alumni events, Overseas Student exchanges and Study Trips
• Support and maintain course and placement database
• Support administration of course applications, procurement and facilities bookings

[What we are looking for]

• Diploma in any field (preferably in Social Work or a related discipline)
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience, including programme and event management
• Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Service-oriented mindset in supporting academic and operational stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple operational tasks concurrently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft applications

Strong administrative skills with a proven track record of managing administrative and procurement processes effectively
