Senior Executive, Land Commercialisation

Job Description:

• Provide expert analysis and advice on new market trends, potential growth areas, and strategic business opportunities within industrial park development.
• Develop strategic plans and present actionable insights to senior management to facilitate decision-making processes.
• Identify and evaluate potential opportunities that align with the company’s strategic goals.
• Assist in due diligence processes, assess risks and benefits, and facilitate negotiations to drive successful projects.
• Coordinate with finance, legal, and operational teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, potential partners, and industry leaders to enhance business opportunities.
• Design and execute business development strategies to create new revenue streams and expand the company’s market presence.
• Lead project management efforts for the implementation of new business initiatives, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. or relevant graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, (preferably from Plantation Industry or Property Development Industry.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Expertise in financial modelling and market research to support strategic and investment decisions.
• Proven track record of managing projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building relationships with executives and senior stakeholders.
• Preferred candidates will have a background in finance, banking, or consulting, with additional consideration given to those holding CFA or Chartered Accountant credentials.
