Job Specification

• To handle the arrangement of the shipments including liaising with Agent, Surveyor, Broker and the Ship-Owners

• To ensure preparation for all necessary shipping documents for both internal and external parties

• To communicate effectively within internal and external parties

• To attend Owner/Brokers/Traders enquiries

• To closely monitor and follow up of all shipping requirements

• Responsible in maintaining vessel record and information of all shipping matters

Job Requirement

• Preferably a degree in any maritime discipline or professional qualifications in shipping, transportation or any logistics and supply-chain discipline.

• Preferably with at least minimum of 5 years’ experience in bulk shipment planning/operation activities and other logistics discipline.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external parties.
