This role is not tied to a single client. Instead, we evaluate and admit EAs into our executive talent network, where qualified assistants are matched with multiple high-level opportunities aligned with their strengths and experience.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on the client and role, responsibilities may include:

Managing complex calendars across multiple stakeholders and time zones
-
Acting as a gatekeeper for executive time, priorities, and communication
-
Inbox triage and drafting executive-level correspondence
-
Preparing meeting agendas, notes, and action-item follow-ups
-
Coordinating travel, logistics, and confidential communications
-
Tracking priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional tasks
-
Improving systems, workflows, and operating rhythms
-
Supporting executives in decision preparation and execution
Required Experience & Skills
-
Minimum 5+ years supporting founders, CEOs, or C-suite executives
-
Experience working with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
-
Strong judgment, discretion, and confidentiality
-
Excellent written and verbal English (near-native fluency required)

Ability to represent executives professionally with clients and partners

Comfort operating independently in a remote environment

Strong organizational systems and follow-through
Tools & Environment
Experience with tools such as:

Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

Calendar and scheduling tools

Project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Monday, etc.)
