  • Ensure all event details, contractual requirements and planning milestones are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes.

  • Ensure events are planned and delivered in accordance with applicable laws, licences, work health and safety requirements, responsible service obligations, Crown policies, risk controls and mandatory compliance requirements.

  • Promote a proactive safety, risk and compliance culture, ensuring incidents, hazards and compliance concerns are promptly reported and appropriately managed.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning processes, client satisfaction and team performance.

About You

You are an experienced events professional with a passion for creating exceptional client experiences. You excel at building relationships, managing complex event requirements and leading teams within a fast-paced environment.

Highly organised and detail-oriented, you have a proven ability to oversee multiple events simultaneously while ensuring every aspect of the planning process is executed to the highest standard.

You will also bring:

  • Significant experience planning conferences, exhibitions, corporate events or large-scale functions within a hospitality, events or conference environment.

  • Demonstrated success leading event planning teams and supporting the development of event professionals.

  • Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to understand and deliver complex event requirements.
