Senior Estimation Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking to hire Pricing Engineer with a strong understanding of design principles and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates based on project specifications and scope of work.
• Conduct thorough analyses of project documents, including blueprints, specifications, and proposal requests.
• Work closely with project teams to gather relevant data for more precise cost forecasting.
• Elicit input from suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services.
• Provide detailed breakdowns of costs including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead.
• Review and analyze historical data to improve estimation accuracy.
• Prepare and submit reports detailing estimates to management and project stakeholders.
• Participate in value engineering efforts to optimize project costs.
• Assist with the evaluation and development of tender submissions for projects.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior estimation engineers as required.

Requirements

Essential:

• Specific technical skills, e.g., proficiency in AutoCAD, Etap, etc.
• Relevant industry experience, e.g., experience in Estimation for low voltages for panel builder special Schneider brand in Saudi market.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable:

• Additional certifications or qualifications.
• 3-5 years' Experience with specific project management methodologies.
