  • Review field documentation, laboratory reports, chain-of-custody records, monitoring logs, contractor deliverables, photographs, survey notes, and supporting documentation for completeness, consistency, and follow-up needs.

  • Assist with data management, data mining, quality control review, trend identification, and organization of monitoring and survey data for regulatory, operational, and management purposes.

  • Coordinate with environmental contractors, laboratories, couriers, field teams, project managers, and internal stakeholders to support timely completion of field work, vegetation activities, monitoring, reporting, and administrative needs.

  • Support preparation, review, and organization of regulatory reports, technical summaries, compliance submittals, internal updates, leadership briefings, and project status materials.

  • Maintain project tracking tools, monitoring calendars, action item logs, reporting schedules, procurement records, invoice documentation, and compliance documentation systems.

  • Identify project risks, schedule conflicts, data gaps, documentation issues, or process improvement opportunities and elevate them to the appropriate project manager or subject matter expert.

Desired Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of habitat management, invasive species management, groundwater, surface water, water quality monitoring, or environmental sampling programs.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage schedules, track deliverables, coordinate contractors, organize documentation, and follow up on action items.
