Senior Engineer Quality Management System

As a Quality Management Ambassador, you will be responsible for leading and driving quality initiatives across our organization. This includes organizing Management Gemba Walks, Quality Day and Zero Defect Day events, and managing QMS team Tableau reporting. You will also represent our team as a Quality Marketing Ambassador, promoting our quality culture and values to external and internal stakeholders.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Lead and drive Quality Culture and Zero Defect Mindset program and activities
• Conduct Go & See FMEA to verify procedures for specific equipment and processes
• Organize Management Gemba Walks to promote Quality Awareness and improvement
• Lead and organize Quality Day and Zero Defect Day events to engage employees and stakeholders
• Manage QMS Team Tableau Reporting to track and analyze Quality Metrics
• Represent our team as a Quality Marketing Ambassador to promote our Quality Culture and values

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years of experience in the Semiconductor Industry or a relevant field
• Experience in Quality Management System roles, preferably with knowledge of Quality Standards (ISO9001/IATF16949/VDA6.3)
• Knowledge of Factory Automation and Digitalization to support QMS Organization
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
