Senior Engineer Product Test Engineering

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Test Engineer to join our team, focusing on NPI for defined product lines in the semiconductor Back End process. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery and release of robust test programs to production, ensuring final test yield stability, continuous improvement, and smooth ramp-up in alignment with divisional goals.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Responsible to deliver test package of NPI for defined Product Lines
• Responsible and drive for final test yield stability and continuousimprovement per assigned technology/package
• Interface to DIV and ensure technical capabilities and stable ramp-upof new product
• Support and drive BE productivity, ratio projects and qualityinitiatives
• Responsible and drive robust test program release to production
• Support FAR data acquisition, yield analysis and 8D execution
• Ensure SPO test program readiness and drive ES CT improvement
• Interface to FrontEnd PE, Cluster & Business units for test/productrelevant topics

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics/Mechatronics/SemiconductorTechnology) or any other relevant engineering discipline.
• 1- 3 years of working experience in Semiconductor Industry.
• Basic understanding and practical experience of statistical dataanalysis onf probability theory, different probability distributions anddescriptive statistics.
• Posed knowledge in specific test platform (e.g. RF, Digital, Power,Mixed Signal, Memory etc.)
• Drive and implement ratio improvements (test time, yield & OEE).
• Understand test platform roadmap & ATE configuration (for highparallelism or platform migration requirement).
• Capable to be handle test program buy-off qualification independently.
• Perform basic test debugging.
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Good analytical thought and problem solving knowledge
• Willing to learn and take responsibility
