Senior Engineer Operations

Perform analysis, tracking and manage inventory on daily test wafer usage & cost.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Perform analysis, tracking and manage inventory on daily test wafer usage & cost.
• Analyze on capacity and resource planning for test wafer management.
• Work with Finance and Planner on test wafer price & planning forecast.
• Work with external vendor for reclaim wafer yield and wafer specification.
• Initiate and coordinate improvement projects including work efficiency & cost saving.
• Understand all NPW process and work with other Module Process for daily usage.
• Ensure housekeeping practices is followed at all means, review and propose improvements.
• Uphold Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) among all Operation Specialist.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor Degree in technical or engineering field.
• Good communication skills, ability to interact with all levels of personnel & matured personality.
• Increasing ability to identify and resolves problems.
• Interaction with highly qualified staff and regular exchange complex information.
• Strong diagnostic & problem solving skill
• Willing to work in swing shift either Sun-Thu or Tue-Sat (Office hour)
