Senior Engineer Maintenance Trim and Form

To sustain daily Trim and Form machine performance , OEE , UDT ,MTBA.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Yield improvement , Quality improvement.
• Lead a team of technician and provide training to them.
• JHAM update and execution PFMEA update.
• Machine set up and new machine buy off.
• Green line sustaining , Radar stop rule.
• Maintenance cost improvement.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
• Understand Mechanical drawing and functional of tool and die for Trim and Form.
• Understand TPM concept.
• Troubleshooting skill.
• Able to use Microsoft office and do presentation.
• Able to communication both English & Bahasa.
