Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 services including:
  • Exchange Online
  • SharePoint Online
  • Microsoft Teams
  • OneDrive for Business
  • Lead architecture and implementation of Microsoft 365 tenant environments
  • Manage Azure Active Directory (Azure AD / Entra ID) including:
  • Identity lifecycle
  • Conditional Access
  • MFA and SSO
  • Implement and manage security & compliance solutions:
  • Microsoft Defender for Office 365
  • Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
  • eDiscovery & retention policies
  • Microsoft Purview
  • Plan and execute migration projects:
  • On-premises to Microsoft 365
  • Tenant-to-tenant migrations
  • Automate administrative tasks using:
  • PowerShell
  • Microsoft Graph API
  • Strong knowledge of M365 security, compliance, and governance features.
  • Implement and monitor security controls (Conditional Access, DLP, MFA, Defender for Office 365).
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
  • Manage tenant configuration, licensing, and lifecycle management.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and performance optimization across M365 workloads.
  • Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell, Graph API, and other scripting tools.
  • Lead the planning, deployment, and management of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Power Platform).
  • Design and implement governance, compliance, and security frameworks for M365.
  • Provide L3/L4 support and mentor junior engineers
