Field Application Engineer with experience in Smart Card Applications, embedded security solutions.

Job Description

• In your new role you will:
  
  • Be responsible for India Design-In Activities for Smart Card Applications, embedded security solutions.
  • Be accountable for discovering every opportunity and driving the solution proposal on application level as “value provider”. FAE is recognized as “Trusted Advisor” by the customer for deeply understanding the customer-specific requirements and matching them with value-adding IFX solutions.
  • Be the 1st level technical customer support and work closely with sales and internal other functions to provide pre and post sales technical support.
  • Provide General technical trainings for focus applications and product families.
  • Support activities e.g. tradeshow, conference, workshop and seminars
  • Actively interactive with Infineon HQ.
  • We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic team player with good communication skill to be part of our team in India.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Engineering or relevant degree
• At least 3 to 5 years (for Senior) experiences, preferably in semiconductor or Smart Card or relevant industry
• Process a good technical competency, analytical thinking capability is required as well as strong problem-solving skills
• Candidates with experiences in Smart Card application (e.g. Payment, Identification, Transportation) & Standard (e.g. ISO7816, ISO14443),embedded security system (e.g. Authentication) know how as an added advantage.
• Process good analytical skill, people, project management and communication skills
• Proficient in English language .
• Willingness to travel.
