Responsible IGBT Frame power module process equipment localization project and site WUX automation projects excution for cost saving and contribute to FPM globle.

Job Description
In your new role you will:
1. As an expert in potting&curing technology , distinguish between domestic equipment suppliers and filter out high-quality equipment suppliers based on technical routes.
2. Combining new materials and new technologies in the application of IGBT module new packaging, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of domestic equipment, and complete the feasibility assessment of the equipment localization project."
3. Provide technical specifications with the range of key process parameters to sourcing equipment supplier sysmaticlly and participate globle Tech-team review.
4. Leading potting&curing equipment localization project and work together with globle technical team until the project is implemented.
5. Executor of the project, leading equipment feasibility studies, gap closure, equipment buyoff, and equipment release and provide the project report in different milestones.


Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
1. Familiar with IGBT module manufacturing process and equipment technology.
2. Familiar with IGBT Module manufacturing potting & curing process technolog.
3. Familiar with supplier management and has experience of qualify similar equipment.
4. Work experience in Germany companies and familiar with infineon culture.
5. Professional knowledge in equipment development or mechanical and electrical design.
6. Good at planning , execution , coordination and communication.
7 Self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
8. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or related field.
9. Have good English communication skill.
