Senior Electrical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Guides crossfunctional teams in designing and implementing advanced electrical engineering solutions for complex projects. Sets technical direction and provides problem solving guidance to other Engineers and Technicians.

• Complex Problem Solving: Analyzes and resolves intricate electrical engineering challenges using sophisticated analytical methods and innovative approaches.

• Advisory Support: Provides expert recommendations to management on best practices and technological advancements to enhance products and processes.

• Process Optimization: Identifies and implements technology driven improvements to optimize engineering workflows and increase operational efficiency.

• CrossFunctional Collaboration: Establishes and maintains relationships with internal and external subject matter experts to support medium to large sized projects.

Other Qualifications:

• 4 Year Bachelors BS AND 8+ years equivalent experience

• International - Bachelors BS/University degree equivalent by Country AND 8+ years equivalent experience

• Aken - Certified Technician/ Bachelor

Ability and readiness to travel for 90days abroad.
