Integer Holdings Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our Research & Development (R&D) department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the electronics design of implantable medical systems that are manufactured at any of our Operations sites.

This position requires a strong foundation in discrete electronic circuit design, embedded systems, and a thorough understanding of medical device standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electronic circuits for implantable and non-implantable medical devices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical components.
  • Conduct simulations and testing to validate design performance and compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electronic components and systems.
  • Engage with customers and collaborate
  • Prepare detailed documentation, including design specifications, test protocols, and reports.
  • Ensure all designs meet safety, quality, and reliability requisites.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering.
  • Proven experience in the design and development of electronic systems, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • English level: B2 or more advanced.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

 

Desirable Skills

  • +5 years experience in the design and development of medical devices.
  • Strong knowledge of PCB layout design in any eCAD tools (Mentor PADS, Altium, etc) and IPC design rules.
  • Familiarity with medical device standards (e.g., ISO 14708, IEC 60601).
  • RF design experience/knowledge.
