What you’ll do

• Work within an agile squad to design, build, test, and deploy solutions on Dynamics 365 CE and Customer Portals
• Write clean, maintainable code and configuration across Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service
• Build Power Platform components including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI dashboards
• Create custom workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards aligned to business needs
• Deliver integrations using RESTful APIs and related patterns
• Support sprint ceremonies, track progress, and collaborate with client stakeholders and delivery partners

Requirements

Experience

• Strong proficiency across the Dynamics 365 CRM platform, especially CE, Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Portals
• Hands on configuration and custom development with Power Platform
• Solid SQL and data integration knowledge including APIs and REST services
• Experience with unit and integration testing and working in agile sprints
• Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to work on site when required

Compensation: Permanent AUD 165,000 to 210,000 plus super. Contract annualised AUD 198,000 to 253,000 plus super, ex GST (equivalent to roughly 900 to 1,100 per day)
