Senior Director – Cyber Security & Innovation

Maximus is currently seeking a Senior Director of Cybersecurity Innovation. In this role, you will lead engineering, compliance, and advanced solution development in support of federal programs. This role is responsible for driving innovation in cybersecurity compliance through the application of artificial intelligence and modern security frameworks. The position oversees traditional Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance to ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability across cloud-based and software development environments. In parallel, the role advances adoption of emerging approaches such as Responsible AI, Zero Trust architecture, and secure DevSecOps practices. This leader will enable and accelerate secure AI adoption across federal programs, while navigating complex regulatory requirements and ensuring alignment with FedRAMP and other federal compliance standards. This is a remote position.
