Senior Director, Business Transformation - Lean

The Senior Director, Business Transformation – Lean will be responsible for being a key leader in Lean transformation across the enterprise by developing and deploying a Lean Business System with standards and tools to improve operational performance. The successful candidate will create the Lean strategy to scale across all regions that includes VSM planning, installing Tiered DMS, Problem Solving Process, and Lean Training curriculum that drive operational improvements and achieves annual cost targets. The Senior Director will drive process excellence rigor in operations and transactional areas including all regions while working closely with key functional teams to develop actionable roadmaps to increase efficiency and business processes.
