What you’ll be doing:

As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enabling our development team to deliver valuable features quickly and efficiently. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Design & Automation: Record client requests, choose adequate tools and methods based on the situation, create a working solution together with the customer and design resilient cloud architectures and ensure smooth operation with suitable observability solutions
• Client Consulting: Advise and support our clients regarding the design and architecture of cloud solutions based on modern platforms and technologies: Azure, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, ELK, HashiCorp tools, etc.
• Collaboration: implementation of best practices for CI/CD and infrastructure automation in a cross-functional development team

What you’ll need:

We’re looking for a proactive and open-minded engineer passionate about DevOps. Ideally, you bring:

• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or AWS CDK
• Experience with Java (Spring Boot) and Golang or Python
• Hands-on experience with Azure (or AWS) and a deep understanding of Kubernetes core concepts
• Knowledge of distributed systems, container security, and networking fundamentals
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, Spinnaker, or Flux CD
• Language skills: German (C1) and English (C1)
