Job Description

If so, we’d love to have you on our team!As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Therapy Brands, you will play a crucial role in optimizing software delivery, ensuring seamless deployment, and empowering our product and engineering teams to move fast without breaking things. You’ll be responsible for driving infrastructure automation, improving CI/CD processes, and enhancing security measures—all while collaborating with some of the best minds in the industry.
What You’ll Do
Optimize Software Delivery – Streamline CI/CD pipelines, automate build and deployment processes, and reduce time-to-market.
Lead DevOps Innovation – Architect and implement scalable infrastructure, focusing on automation, security, and reliability.
Enhance Performance & Security – Improve monitoring, logging, and security practices to ensure a stable and secure environment.
Empower Engineering Teams – Work closely with product and development teams to enhance workflows and promote DevOps best practices.
Drive Cloud Excellence – Build and manage infrastructure across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) using Infrastructure-as-Code (IAC).
What You’ll Bring
10+ years of experience in application development, deployment, and automation.
Expertise in Azure DevOps, GIT, and CI/CD tooling (Cake Build, Octopus Deploy a plus).
Experience with containerized deployments (Kubernetes, Docker).
Strong knowledge of security and identity services in a cloud environment.
Hands-on experience with Terraform, Packer, CloudFormation, or other IAC tools.
Familiarity with .NET, .NET Core, PHP, Python, and Java programming languages.
Background in infrastructure automation and monitoring/logging solutions.
Knowledge of network, server, database, and application architecture.
Experience working with Redis, IIS, NGINX, load balancers, and caching strategies.
Agile project management experience—planning, tracking, and managing software development cycles.
