Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced statistical and analytical assessments to generate insights that support decision‑making on game mix optimization, pricing strategies, and player engagement initiatives across Table games and Slots
• Review and evaluate deployed gaming strategies, translating performance insights into practical recommendations that drive gaming optimization and sustainable profitability
• Design dashboards and reports that transform raw data into clear, compelling stories for stakeholders
• Collaborate across departments to deliver timely analytics and work with internal and external resources on project basis

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Gaming, Finance, Engineering, or related quantitative discipline
• Prefer relevant experience in business and data analytics, gaming or hospitality
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Tableau, SQL, Python, R, SAS, VBA
