Senior Customer Service Assistant - King’s Cross Station, London.

Maternity Cover - Fixed Term Contract until 16th August 2027.

Pay Rate: £14.80 per hour.
Hours: Full Time. (40 hours/week)
Shifts: Varied between 5AM and 8.30 PM, including weekends.

• Applicants must be 18 years or older due to certain responsibilities within the role.

AS A SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT YOU’LL:

• Oversee efficient loading/unloading of catering equipment and stock from trains.
• Manage order assembly and maintain precise control over inventory.
• Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety/Food Hygiene Regulations.
• Strategically place products to minimize wastage through effective rotation.
