Senior Corporate Counsel

The Sr Corporate Counsel is a corporate generalist with health law experience who can address legal issues from a commercial perspective. Primary responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts of many types and counseling internal clients on a broad range of business, compliance, healthcare and regulatory (Federal and State) matters. The Sr Corporate Counsel will serve as a key strategic partner to our business teams. Salary Range: $180,000 to $230,000/year + 25% Annual Incentive Plan + LTI Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
