As our firm continues to grow and expand, we are seeking a Senior Corporate Attorney to join our thriving Corporate Law practice in Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.

This role is ideal for a seasoned attorney who enjoys working closely with business owners, providing strategic legal guidance, and helping clients navigate complex corporate transactions. You will collaborate with partners, attorneys, and staff to deliver practical, business-focused solutions while building strong, long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

· Serve as a trusted advisor to business clients on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters

· Structure, negotiation, and draft agreements related to business formation, governance, and operations

· Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and strategic transactions

· Draft and review corporate documents including operating agreements, shareholder agreements, buy-sell agreements, and partnership agreements

· Provide legal counsel on corporate compliance, risk management, and governance matters

· Work collaboratively with partners and other attorneys on complex transactions and client matters

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while assisting in business development initiatives

· Mentor and support junior attorneys and legal staff when appropriate

Qualifications

· Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

· Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas

· 8+ years of corporate law experience, preferably in a law firm environment

· Strong experience in business transactions, entity structuring, and contract negotiation

· Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining strong attention to detail

· A client-focused mindset with the ability to deliver practical legal solutions

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Based on experience

Quarterly Bonus Potential: From 3% to 16% of total realized revenue with no billable hour requirements. Bonuses are tied to clear objective metrics, offering substantial earning potential for high performers.
