Job Description:

Ipsen is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Controller to join our Global R&D Finance team, focusing on oncology assets. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial integrity and strategic planning of our oncology projects within the R&D portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and previous experience in a controlling role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Controlling: Support budgeting and long-term forecasting R&D costs for assigned oncology projects, providing visibility on project costs and investments, and presenting results to senior leaders.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial/management accounts and reports for R&D projects.
• Communication: Act as the primary interface for assigned oncology assets, ensuring effective communication with finance and projects team and R&D function.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate to identify opportunities for process optimization, and implement process improvements.

Knowledge, experience & skills:

• Master’s degree in a relevant subject
• Previous experience in a Controller position
• Proactive and able to work autonomously
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while adhering to specific deadlines
• Fluent in English, speaking and writing. Please make your application in English.
