We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities:

• Develop features in Java to support low-latency system performance
• Build and enhance the CI/CD pipeline
• Provide production support (rota-based)
• Support local and global trading desks
• Work closely with stakeholders, architects and end users to ensure technical fit and user satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with internal control standards and external regulatory requirements
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of business practices and system capabilities

Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications:

• Strong track record building high-performance applications
• Experience with Java and server-side system delivery
• DevOps mindset and experience improving delivery automation
• Experience designing microservices architectures
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to support some BA-style work when needed
• Analytical problem-solving under pressure
• Strong ownership across the full SDLC, from specification through production support
• Team-first approach in a fast-paced, highly technical environment
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence and other Atlassian tools

What additional skills will be good to have?

• Experience with intraday risk for FX and Rates products
• Financial product knowledge across bonds, swaps and futures
