We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities

• Act as development engineer  to lead discovery to clarify business outcomes, scope, constraints, dependencies, and acceptance criteria. Experience with Banking core system migration from mainframe to onprem server is preferred.
• Analyse requirements and design solutions across Mainframe and Linux-based systems cobol migrating.
• Build and enhance high-volume statement/advice processing and integration interfaces.
• Deliver paper suppression and e-statement migration capabilities to improve customer experience and reduce cost.
• Collaborate with business and cross-team stakeholders to manage delivery, risks, and production quality.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on Mainframe engineering experience, with proven delivery on critical systems.
• Solid Linux knowledge and familiarity with mainstream development technologies and engineering practices.
• Experience with high-volume batch/file processing and system integration (interfaces, data transfer, scheduling).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-team delivery and solve problems end-to-end.
