·         Delivery survey projects on schedule by:

-          Conducting job matching

-          Collecting and verifying data from clients

-          Generating reports for clients

-          Conducting client presentations and simple training sessions

-          Other customer support as required

·         Establish connections with the clients’ HR/C&B managers. Build and maintain strong client relationships in the assigned client portfolio (locations/ industries) to achieve business targets.

·         Interpret survey findings by drawing conclusions from data collected from clients. Provide industry/location specific insights and advice to address clients’ business needs as appropriate.

·         As a project team member, participate in consulting projects by providing analytical support. May lead smaller consulting projects.
