Senior Committee Facilitator

Maximus is currently seeking a Senior Committee Facilitator for a bid opportunity. This program supports the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) in overseeing the national organ transplant system through the Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN). The OPTN establishes policies that ensure organs are allocated fairly and based on medical need, with a strong focus on transparency, data-driven decision-making, and equitable outcomes. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting committees and workgroups that drive policy development. You will coordinate meetings, manage documentation, facilitate discussions, and ensure that committee activities are executed efficiently and in alignment with federal requirements. This position is highly collaborative, requiring close partnership with internal teams, government stakeholders, and committee leadership. This is a remote position.
