The role: 

At the core, this role provides leadership to a high performing team and strategic development of clients within your portfolio. You’ll be tasked with delivering a high-quality service, performance and return on investment across various campaigns as the chief problem solver and innovator for your clients. 

A Senior Client Partner naturally leans on strong leadership skills, a growth/commercial mindset, are innovative in nature and over communicates to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goals, deadlines and ideas. In addition to providing world-class client service and media planning excellence, you'll uncover opportunities to expand our presence and offerings, support new business pitches and be a trusted partner to our clients while ensuring commercial viability. 

Core responsibilities: 

  • Lead the strategic development and growth of a portfolio of key clients, delivering high-quality media and integrated solutions aligned to business objectives.  

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnership success.  

  • Identify and drive revenue growth opportunities, contributing to portfolio profitability and commercial performance. 

  • Develop innovative, cross-functional solutions that leverage capabilities across media, data, analytics, and creative disciplines. 

  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth.  

  • Contribute to business growth initiatives, including thought leadership, industry representation, awards submissions, and new business opportunities. 

  • Partner with leadership to improve operational effectiveness, optimise client commercial structures, and enhance overall business performance.  

A bit about you: 

  • 10+ years' experience within media, advertising, marketing, or a related industry, with a strong understanding of media and creative solutions. 

  • Proven success in winning, retaining, and growing strategic client relationships at a senior level. 

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities that drive revenue, profitability, and client value.  

  • A strategic thinker who can solve complex business challenges and develop impactful communications solutions. 

  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with confidence engaging at executive and C-suite level.  

  • Highly organised with strong project management capabilities and the ability to lead multiple priorities effectively.  

  • Curious, collaborative, and adaptable, with a passion for developing people and delivering outstanding outcomes.
