YOUR IMPACT

As a Client Manager at OpenText, you will own a portfolio of strategic client accounts, driving renewals, retention, and revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will serve as the primary post-sales contact for your clients, building trusted relationships from manager to executive level while partnering closely with Sales, Services, Support, Legal, and Finance. Your success will come from helping clients maximize value from OpenText solutions while securing long-term growth and satisfaction.

 

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Own strategic client accounts with recurring revenue responsibility.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across Sales, Support, and Services.
  • Build executive-level relationships from managers to C-suite leaders.
  • Drive renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities.
  • Work independently with significant client-facing ownership.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Proven ability to build, retain, and grow strategic client relationships.
  • Track record of driving renewals, upsells, and revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders from managers to C-level executives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in client-facing Sales, Client Success, or Software Sales roles.
  • Fluent in English and French, with a collaborative and professional approach.
