Senior Client Development Director

The Senior Client Development Director role owns the overall relationship, performance, and strategic direction for the company’s largest and most complex customer accounts supported out of Hub’s warehouses, cross-docks, and consolidation centers: These customers expect customized, multi service supply chain solutions, dedicated leadership attention, and mature analytics to support growth, efficiency, and network evolution. This position is accountable for delivering service excellence, customer retention and growth enablement, and operational alignment across multiple contracts and service offerings by partnering closely with Account Operations and internal leadership teams. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, strategic planning, issue escalation, and long term value creation rather than day to day transactional execution for the few, large and complex customers requiring highly customized solutions and deep strategic engagement.
