Senior Career Transition Consultant

Our client is a boutique executive outplacement firm in Dubai and Singapore serving the APMEA region. We are deliberately not a volume provider. 

We take a small number of mid to senior individuals and get them to the right next role — measured on placement quality and compensation retention, not logins to a portal. We are built for the churn realities of this region: expat transitions, visa-linked exits, and executive moves where reputation and discretion matter.

The role

You will personally carry a small caseload of mid to senior professionals and executives through transition — strategy, positioning, market access, negotiation. You will do the actual work, at depth, with people who can afford to be picky about outcomes.

Requirements

You'll recognise yourself here if you

• Have delivered outplacement or career transition inside a structured provider (LHH, Right Management, RiseSmart, Korn Ferry, Mercer, or a regional boutique) and know how that model works from the inside
• Have felt the tension between caseload volume and doing right by the individual
• Understand APMEA hiring, GCC labour and visa realities in different countries (i.e. Singapore, Dubai, etc), and how executives actually get placed here

This Role Is NOT For You If

• You do not have outplacement consulting experience
• You do not have track record in supporting affected employees
• You need highly structured environments with clear playbooks
• You prefer relationship management without accountability
