Senior Campaign Executive

The Senior Campaign Executive supports the planning, execution and optimisation of integrated digital marketing campaigns for B2B clients across local, regional and international markets. Working alongside account services, content and creative teams, the role contributes to campaign delivery across paid media, paid search, social media and CRM, with increasing ownership on smaller accounts as experience grows. The role is expected to bring data-driven thinking, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to campaign performance.

Responsibilities

Client

• Ensure timely delivery of deliverables and maintain campaign plans
• Work closely with campaign team on the strategic planning and execution of digital campaigns including paid social, SEO, SEM and organic social media
• Support the planning, execution and optimisation of CRM and marketing automation campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing, workflow management and performance reporting
• Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimisation and improved ROI
• Develop and present campaign performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation
• Undertake industry and marketing research and highlight industry news where relevant

Company

• Ensure that products and services are delivered on time and within budget
• Ensure that all Fifth Ring systems and processes are adhered to at all times
• Manage workload to ensure deliverables are delivered on time
• Provide the business development team with relative support as required
• Other duties as appropriate and as assigned

Colleagues

• Provide support and updates on activities in a timely manner to ensure the smooth running of client accounts
• Support colleagues in all Fifth Ring locations through proactive creativity, consultivity and visibility

Requirements

Essential:

•  Experience in digital marketing, ideally in agency

• Proficient in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager and CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot).
• Experience with marketing automation, lead nurturing, and campaign reporting.
• Ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable optimisation recommendations
• Attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics, as well as campaign KPIs
• Experience doing audience and buyer persona research
• Basic understanding of performance metrics implementation and analysis
