Your Role
- You are responsible for preparing budgets and mid-term financial planning
- You act as a business partner and trusted advisor to the management team and internal stakeholders on financial matters
- You prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and derive decision-making insights
- You optimize the cost accounting concept as a basis for transparent intercompany charging and improved business processes
- You prepare ad hoc analyses and periodic reports for the management team
- You drive the continuous development of finance processes and systems together with your colleagues
- You actively contribute to exciting special projects
Your Profile
- You hold a completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance, accounting, or controlling (university/FH)
- You have several years of relevant professional experience in controlling, ideally within the manufacturing industry or from management consulting
- Additional accounting qualifications (e.g. certified accountant) are an advantage
- You have excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel, as well as experience with SAP FI/CO
- You work independently, responsibly, and in a team-oriented manner
- You have strong communication skills in English (C-level), German skills are an advantage

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 60,000 gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
