Senior Business Analyst(mandarin speaker)(i-Gaming industry experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end business analysis across i-Gaming products and initiatives.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Manage and monitor project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule and risks are proactively addressed.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Product Owners to align scope, resources, and deadlines.
• Conduct market and competitive research to inform business and product strategies.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to drive efficiency and performance.
• Support QA and UAT efforts by validating solutions against business requirements.
• Provide clear, concise reporting and updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Work independently with minimal supervision, effectively prioritizing tasks and initiatives.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 2+ years in the i-Gaming industry.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage project timelines effectively.
• Strong understanding of i-Gaming platforms, user flows, and regulatory considerations.
• Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project or similar.
• Skilled in business process modeling, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  
  Nice to Have:
• Experience with UX/UI collaboration and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq).
• Background in data analytics or SQL.
