Senior Business Analyst - IT Enterprise Applications

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst (7–9 years) to support Micron's Direct Procurement and Materials Management business functions. The role will partner closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Planning, and Finance teams to deliver, enhance, and support SAP-based procurement and inventory management solutions. The individual will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing scalable solutions, supporting operational issues, and driving continuous process improvements across procurement and materials management processes.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary IT liaison for Direct Procurement and Materials Management business stakeholders.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions.
Support and enhance SAP Materials Management (MM) processes, including:

• Procurement and Purchasing
• Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders
• Inventory Management
• Goods Receipt and Goods Issue
• Supplier Collaboration
• Materials Planning and Replenishment
• Warehouse integrations
   

Participate in solution design, fit-gap analysis, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Finance, Logistics, Planning, Warehouse, and Supplier Management.
Support integrations between SAP MM and related applications such as Ariba, Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLP), Planning, and Finance systems.
Troubleshoot production incidents and drive issue resolution to minimize business disruption.
Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and digital transformation.
Support SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives and procurement modernization programs.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, SOX controls, and audit requirements

Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.

Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.
