IT / Systems Business Analyst, Famous Blue-Chip - Sheffield

Famous within their sector and reputable UK wide, my blue-chip client is embarking on an extensive period of IT transformation / Improvement initiatives and resultantly, we are looking to recruit an established IT business analyst to form a crucial bridge between the technical teams and the business.

The successful candidate will have a proven background of successful IT systems / business change initiatives, with typical duties including the following:

·AS-IS and TO-BE evaluation

·Arrange / manage workshops

·Document findings and communicate them to the relevant third parties/colleagues

·Work closely with the relevant IT teams to deliver technical solutions

·Manage expectations of key stakeholders

·Training staff in how to use the new systems

Team leadership and mentoring is also highly desirable, operating as a 'go to' BA.
