Senior Business Analyst (f/m/div)

We're seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Porto, where you'll play a key role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights.

Job Description
As a key member of our division, you will play a critical role in driving business success by developing and implementing a framework for data-driven decision-making.

In your new role, you will:

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify gaps, trends, and patterns, and interpreting findings to provide actionable insights that support business objectives
• Design, develop, and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and scorecards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights to various stakeholders
• Create interactive and visually compelling data visualizations using Business Intelligence (BI) tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decisions
• Develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards to drive business growth and improvement

Your Profile
You are a data-driven professional with a strong analytical understanding. Your effective communication skills allow you to quickly establish successful cooperation within your team and with others.

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

• A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration or related fields of studies
• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, with a strong understanding of data visualization principles
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in Tableau software would be an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Power Point)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate insights to various stakeholders
• Fluency in English
