In this role, you will bridge business needs and technical implementation by translating complex operational requirements into actionable product features. Accountabilities
- Lead the elicitation, analysis, documentation, and refinement of business processes, functional requirements, and user stories for enterprise technology solutions.
- Translate stakeholder needs into detailed technical requirements, ensuring alignment between business objectives, system capabilities, and development priorities.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders, product owners, developers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to design scalable, integrated solutions.
- Maintain and prioritize Agile backlogs, requirements documentation, acceptance criteria, and supporting project artifacts using Agile work management tools.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews, while supporting continuous delivery efforts.
- Review solution designs, validate requirements throughout development and testing, and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful implementation.
- Support the delivery of AI-enabled, contact center, and IT service management solutions by facilitating communication between technical and business teams.
- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline. Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- At least 3 years of experience translating business requirements into technical specifications for software development or enterprise technology projects.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing functional and business requirements across complex or multi-system initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, user story development, backlog management, and Agile collaboration tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Interest in or practical knowledge of artificial intelligence, cognitive technologies, or machine learning concepts.
- Experience supporting IT service management (ITSM), service desk platforms, contact center solutions, or federal/Department of Defense programs is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy/Helix, virtual agents, chatbots, ITIL practices, or service desk analytics is considered a plus.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $97,968 to $120,750 USD, based on experience, location, and applicable contract requirements.
