Senior BMS Engineer (HVAC Controls)

Salary range: Rs 1200000 - Rs 1500000 (ie INR 12 - 15 LPA)

We are looking for an experienced Senior BMS Engineer specializing in HVAC Controls to support engineering activities for international construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Building Management Systems, Johnson Controls platforms, HVAC automation, programming, and technical documentation.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement HVAC Control Systems.
• Program and troubleshoot HVAC Control Systems.
• Support Project Managers with engineering deliverables.
• Prepare technical documentation and HVAC control submittals.
• Develop control schematics and user manuals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable HVAC control standards.
• Integrate third-party devices into Johnson Controls systems.
• Support project execution and engineering coordination.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HVAC Controls Engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Johnson Controls (JCI) systems.
• Strong knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• Experience in programming and troubleshooting HVAC controls.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience integrating third-party devices into JCI systems.
