Senior BIM Manager

JASARA PMC is a joint venture between PIF, Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, delivering social infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia in support of Vision 2030. As Senior BIM Manager, you will help drive a consistent, high-quality approach to BIM across multidisciplinary programs, supporting strong collaboration, reliable project delivery, and accurate digital outcomes across a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM strategy and standards across multidisciplinary infrastructure and building projects.
• Oversee model coordination and clash detection to support design delivery.
• Manage BIM execution plans, workflows, and compliance across project teams.
• Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders to ensure accurate digital deliverables.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related technical field.
• 15+ years of BIM experience across large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
• Experience defining or working with employer information requirements.
• Experience developing BIM standards, execution plans, and governance.
• Experience applying ISO 19650 standards and working with common data environment workflows.
• Experience coordinating with design consultants, project managers, client-side teams, and senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong expertise with Revit and Navisworks.
• Autodesk Certified Professional, buildingSMART, or PMP certification.
