Job Description:
The Senior Big Data Analytics Professional will be responsible for creating actionable insights through data analytics while collaborating with cross-functional teams to position these tools effectively for clients and prospects. The role will require working with diverse real estate datasets, including both proprietary and external data sources, and cloud platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake to support the development of analytics and insights for cloud marketplaces.
This role is ideal for someone eager to develop analytics skills in a demanding, fast-paced environment. You’ll be part of building out innovative data products, use cases, and “recipes” to help clients make better decisions. While the role is challenging, it offers significant learning opportunities and exposure to advanced analytics, product management, and the real estate data ecosystem.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales, solution engineering, and product teams to define, refine, and prioritize analytics use cases and insights.
Build dashboards, visualizations, and reports that address customer needs and demonstrate the value of insights and data products.
Work with both proprietary and external real estate datasets to deliver impactful insights.
Partner with data and industry SMEs to validate and refine deliverables.
Learn and apply cloud platforms like Databricks and Snowflake to develop analytics and insights on cloud marketplaces.
Create “recipes” (reusable analytics use cases) that combine data products and insights for internal and external stakeholders.
Drive internal discussions with cross-functional teams to position dashboards, insights, and use cases effectively.
Contribute to building a library of insights and examples for client and prospect engagement.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
5 years of relevant experience and strong proficiency in SQL, Python and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Superset).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A collaborative mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in leveraging Big Data technologies and frameworks to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities across complex data environments.
Enthusiasm for working with real estate datasets and analytics tools.
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
