About the Job
- Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new business across Air Freight and Healthcare sectors.
- Represent Hellmann professionally, championing our brand and values.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities using market insights and industry knowledge.
- Collaborate with operational and solutions teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations to achieve commercially sound and low-risk outcomes.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers across customer organisations.
- Drive successful customer onboarding and support clients in maximising the value of Hellmann’s services.
- Act as a trusted partner to key accounts, fostering long-term relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Translate customer needs into effective solutions, working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
About You
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior business development role within logistics or supply chain, with expertise in air freight and healthcare logistics.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially astute with a strategic mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
