Senior Backend Engineer – TechCorp (Singapore)

Responsibilities:
- Design and build reliable backend services and APIs.
- Work on distributed systems, focusing on consensus, consistency, queues, and caching.
- Drive the adoption and implementation of microservices architecture in production environments.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Go and/or Python.
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems, including consensus, consistency, queues, and caching mechanisms.
- Experience in designing and operating microservices, including observability, CI/CD pipelines, and incident response.
- Commitment to strong testing and code quality practices.

Nice to Have:
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Knowledge of Postgres and Redis.
- Experience with event-driven systems.
