Are you an experienced backend developer passionate about using your skills to combat cybercrime and fraud? BioCatch, the market leader in behavioral biometrics, is looking for a back-end developer to join our dynamic team.
As a Senior backend developer at BioCatch, you will work with a team of intensely curious individuals dedicated to innovation and growth. You will be responsible for building core services and APIs that can handle high volumes of real-time traffic and meet strict SLA response times. Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid work arrangements)
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in developing software for large-scale systems.
- At least 3 years of experience with Python or equivalent backend development experience, with a strong focus on building scalable and maintainable APIs and services.
- Experience in cloud architecture and microservices.
- Experience working on a CI/CD dockerized environment – Advantage.
- Leading technical projects - advantage
- Responsible, well-organized, self-learning, and a team player.
- Capable of leading large tasks.
- Self & fast learning capabilities.
- Independence and persistence.
- Willing to handle a variety of unfamiliar tasks.
- Hebrew Proficiency - an advantage
