RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reports to Technical Manager and supports the Sales Team.
• Involved in pre-sales, solution deployment and maintenance.
• Prepares and delivers business and security value solutions for customers, including proposal writing, presentation, conducting Proof-of-Concept to showcase its technical feasibility when necessary.
• Develops technical specifications to describe customer requirements.
• Prepares technical presentations and provides trainings to the customers.
• Provides (on-site) 1st level support and troubleshooting of solutions deployed to customers
• Field work is required

• Bachelor’s/College Degree: Engineering(Computer/Telecomunication)                                    Computer Science/Information Technology
• At least 3 years working experience in a Systems Integration Industry
• Familiar with commonly used security concepts, best practices and standard procedures
• Good analytic, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a team player, capable of working under pressure in a continually changing environment
• Has the ability to work alone efficiently, with minimal supervision

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience in any of the solutions below:

1. Symantec -Endpoint Protection (SEP), Messaging Gateway (SMG), Data Loss Prevention, ITMS (formerly Altiris), Advanced Threat Protection
2. Veritas - NetBackup, Backup Exec, Infoscale Solutions (Storage Foundation, Volume Replication, Veritas Cluster Server)
3. ASG  - Workspace (Cloud Factory), Mobius Document Direct, Zena
4. AppDynamics - Application Performance Management, End User Monitoring, Infrastructure Visibility
5. Bluecoat - Web ProxySG, CASB (Elastica)
