Senior Azure Architect

Currently, we are looking for a Senior Azure Cloud Architect to join our team in Finland.

Your role:
Working as a technical consultant and architect for customers through project work. Communicating, designing and guiding the implementations for our customer cloud solutions as well as doing hands-on implementation when needed. Helping engineers and other technical roles to build successful outcomes that meet the customer needs. Working together with sales and project managers to manage the customer expectation from a technical and operational point of view. Educating customers on best practices in the public cloud and communicating solution offerings in a manner that customers understand the value within them.

In practice, your work includes:

• Designing cloud architectures and guiding implementations - sometimes hands‑on.
• Supporting engineers and technical stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
• Documenting architectures and explaining their impact to different audiences.
• Applying public cloud best practices and well‑architected principles.
• Collaborating with sales and project managers on scope and technical clarity.
• Spotting new opportunities within customer engagements.
• Owning technical solutions and following DevOps best practices.
• Keeping your skills up‑to‑date and sharing knowledge with peers and partners.
• Occasional visits to Helsinki are required, as our primary office and customers are based there.

Your key skills:

• Experience with Azure Infra services (IaaS and PaaS)
• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID in both cloud and on-premises environments
• Experience with Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Entra ID administration
• Experience with automation and CI/CD pipelines
• Network & VPN pertise in hybrid and/or multi-cloud environments
• Experience implementing and managing security in cloud and hybrid environments
• Experience migrating workloads from on-premises environments or other cloud providers to Azure
• Strong communication skills in both English and Finnish

Skills we'd consider a plus:

• Experience working in hybrid environments spanning on-premises, Azure, and multi-cloud platforms
• Programming and scripting skills (e.g., Python, C#, Java)
• Experience with Azure AI and Azure OpenAI services in enterprise environments
